Not dead yet, ebb and flow..scraps of ideas coming out at inopportune moments, left on desks on scrap on dead surfaces. Tiny bits of nothing yet much more than there was before.

Lots of mundane, fucked up, sad and happy events have filled my life in the past half a year. I bought a car but still have no licence. I got a rental but cant move in for another 4 weeks or so. Alot of people i care about have moved away, and I have lost contact with others.

I made some myspace music page, theres only a little half assed ambient tune thing on there atm but i have other stuff in the works

FUCK YEAH

only wish I had a hat and used more sunscreen!

1st band. Calerway.

We kind of stumbled onto green stage area and me and grey watched while the others ran off to the main stages. They were really good, but I think i need to hear an album now to verify that, as it could have been not as good as I remember.

Sick Puppies

Didnt like em, cept for the last song.

Spazzys

Pfft, gave up and wondered off.

Butterfly Effect

Was really looking forward to seeing them, but his voice just doesnt carry well enough. They were on main stage and we were up front but it wasnt clear enough, and his melodic break outs were weak

Evermore

We were right up front for them, surrounded by what seemed to be 5 million 12 year olds going apeshit for songs that were awesome but didnt kick in enough to warrant a full scale riot.

Scribe

By this stage we were hiding in shade and sitting down, so only heard them from the top of the stairs. They werent to bad but not as good as i had hoped.

Trivium

Pretty much the only really heavy band on the list, they were technically profficient but the shed didnt really make thier sound meld together. Singly the guitar and drums and voice sounded good, but as a whole it just kinda scrambled.Would have been nice to see them on the main stage. At this stage al got a headache and started downward spiralling. Worst thing about this section was the idiots who couldnt make up thier mind wether they wanted to be up front or at the back and pushed past like 6 fucking times...

Eskimo Joe

Caught the end of thier set, they dont stand out to me but live they sound exactly the same as the album so no complaints there.

John Butler Trio

John, man I like him hey. But shit by the end of it i was ready to fall asleep. I think he stole a bit of my soul. Damn Hippies.

The Killers

I was looking forward to seeing these guys but john butler had just destroyed me, so I wasnt focused.

Something for Kate

We bailed on the killers at about halway and went and sat on the lawn. Al was in near feotal position on the grass but kept going. Not even liking Something for Kate, the music did bring us back to cohesion after the mind rape that was the hippie drum circle.

Jet

Caught the end of thier set, but we were just waiting for muse. Energetic but I still dont like them.

MUSE

OMG! ive never been so suprised by someone I was expecting to be so good. They upped the anti, and brought me back to why I was there. Had some dumb ass couple in front of me but shit Muse were good. If I didnt love tool with every ounce of my being then they would have been the stand out act for me.

Tool

I wanted to be closer. I think they kind of fucked up having them on the Blue stage and not having the band on the screen, but I dont think they like having themselves projected. Art for Arts sake and all that jazz. Fuck it was good. And apparently touring in november so start saving now ASSHOLES!

Bands I would have liked to see.

Little Birdy, The Sleepy Jackson, Crystal Method, the Streets.

So lots and nothing and everything and not much has changed. hows that for CRYPTIC!

Got back with Bec for 3 weeks and it didnt work out. The love was still there as strong as ever, but something was not quite right. So we split and we will be getting a divorce and such. I think thats a first for our circle? I wasnt the first to get married but I get the first divorce XD.

So basically from here I can do pretty much what I want, which seems to be at the moment, get louder and louder ways of playing music and dvds, and draw pandas. And make way to many FUCKING SIGNS. I have many avenues and different directions I could go. So ill save still and focus on some battle plans.

so PANDAS!!
